Hamish brings over 20 years of leadership experience across Technology, Sales, and Business Strategy, with a strong footprint in New Zealand, Australia, and Asia Pacific. His career spans Director-level roles at global firms including Microsoft, AWS, HP, Prosci, and Slalom, as well as senior leadership positions within high-performing NZ businesses. He combines global insight with local execution to deliver practical, measurable outcomes for New Zealand clients.

At Blomfield, Hamish focuses on helping NZ businesses optimise and grow through the strategic use of technology. His work centres on aligning Technology Strategy with Business Strategy, ensuring every tech investment supports operational efficiency and business growth. Hamish’s approach is grounded in practicality - translating complex ideas into clear, actionable steps that deliver real results.

His recent focus includes identifying and implementing AI solutions that simplify operations, improve decision-making, and unlock new growth opportunities. He’s known for removing the noise around AI and distilling it into tangible business outcomes.

Hamish also works closely with clients to renovate sales & business development functions, build high-performing sales cultures, and develop sales teams capable of driving sustained growth. With  experience leading technical and sales teams across APAC, he brings a strategic lens to sales enablement and go-to-market execution.
