Matthew has developed and honed his entrepreneurial and business skills through the establishment of a number of successful ventures in diverse sectors spanning property, infrastructure, IT, and advertising. Over the last 20 years he has built up an extensive network of contacts that includes some of New Zealand’s most successful business people and professionals. His knowledge of business processes and practices is both extensive and formidable. He has an innate understanding of all facets of business including human resources, finance, law, marketing, and sales. Most importantly, he knows what to do when things go wrong. More recently he has focused on providing advice and strategic counsel to businesses and individuals facing business changes. With a small team of highly qualified professionals behind him, he can advise businesses and individuals on restructurings, employment and human resources, and business development.

Leon is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience working in the Auckland region. He has worked with and for some iconic organisations in roles spanning finance, project management, IT, HR and Education. In addition to managing Blomfield’s finances, Leon provides consulting services to Blomfield’s clients including financial analysis, financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, etc.

Chris Evans

Chris has over 25 years of experience in business development, marketing, account management, and project management roles. He has worked with major government agencies, government owned corporations, technology companies, listed companies, and tertiary institutions in Hong Kong before joining Blomfield in 2021. Chris’s focus is on providing business consulting, business planning, and project management services to Blomfield’s clients.

Olivia Hyslop

As Blomfield’s in-house Legal Consultant, Olivia is responsible for legal matters in the company. Olivia provides litigation consulting and litigation support services. Her areas of expertise include managing cases through the Employment Relations Authority, handling the sale and purchase of clients’ properties, and managing liquidations. Olivia also provides business consulting services and relationship management services to Blomfield’s clients.

Louisa has worked with Blomfield for over 2 years providing invaluable assistance with litigation support on high-profile cases, with a keen interest in investigating, researching, and finding critical evidence. Louisa also works assisting clients with investment assets, property management, and insurance tenders and has a keen interest in supporting clients in crisis management, such as seeking protection and parenting orders. Louisa has previous experience in company brand compliance and multiple international marketing launches, with the execution of successful PR campaigns for an international brand in New Zealand. Louisa’s greatest strengths are her unrelenting focus on client relationship management and attention to detail.
